What is included?

Each Starplug box contains the Starplug smart device and a quick start guide. You will also receive information on how to download the Starpower app, which you can use to manage your device and view your energy consumption and rewards.

When will I be supplied?

With a pre-order, you will be supplied as soon as we receive the devices from Starpower. This will secure you a place at the front of the delivery batch and you will be supplied directly from Germany.

How do I get rewards?

Simply plug in, switch on and receive rewards. The new Plug and Play socket from Starpower makes the latest technology child's play!

How do I charge my Starplug device?

Plug the Starplug device into a socket and press and hold the power button for 2-6 seconds. If everything has worked, you will receive a signal (XYZ) after which you only need to press the “I've Charged My Device” button in your app.

How do I connect my device via Bluetooth?

Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone and search for the Starpower device. If it is not found immediately, simply repeat the process. In the next step, connect the device to your Wi-Fi. As soon as the connection is established, you can click on the “Next” button (arrow button) in the app and continue. Quite simple, isn't it?

How do I verify my device?

Check carefully whether the public address and the KYCODE have been entered correctly. If the device identification does not load, simply click on the “Load Again” button. As soon as everything is correct, you can easily click on the “Next” button (arrow button) and continue.

How to connect a wallet

Connect the device to your wallet and make sure that the wallet address is correct. Then you can simply click on the “Next” button (arrow button) to continue.

How do I locate my device?

Use the app to pinpoint the location of your Starpower device and click on the “Confirm and Claim” button. Congratulations! The setup is now complete and you can start earning rewards!
